Have you ever chased perfection? It is a frustrating pursuit, a race we cannot win. If you chase perfection you are likely to find yourself frustrated by unmet expectations. That is not to say we should hold back when it comes to the effort and intentionality we bring in our areas of service and leadership.
Today I want to share a few thoughts by video on the idea of being “All-in.”
- We violate the heart of God when we say we are “all-in” but privately hold back (click to tweet)
- God created you to be all-in, to serve with excellence (click to tweet)
- We are at our best when 2 things are present in our life: high expectation for excellence and high development for excellence (click to tweet)
- Pressure makes you want to get better, development actually helps you get better (click to tweet)
Very good message about being “all in”. Thank you.

Thanks Cory again. It reminds me of Jer 48:10 “Cursed be he that doeth the work of the Lord deceitfully (‘remiyah’:remissness i.e. negligently) Sadly most Christian leaders miss the point that the Holy Spirit is meant to be running the show – not Man on his terms as usual.
