One of the most important things you can do for your team is be intentional with new people. When someone expresses interest in being on your team you need to have a clear plan to help them engage.

Excellent post! Yes, people need a purpose, a goal and to serve others. For me it is to serve my Lord. Today, so many are floundering with no direction and reason to get up in the morning/ Great words of wisdom Coby!
